The architect
Fabrizio Casiraghi
Fabrizio Casiraghi is an Italian architect, who is internationally renowned for his innovative style and many prestigious works. He drew his inspiration for the Grand Hotel Bellevue London from an imaginary dialogue between a couple - the establishment’s owners.
On the one hand, there is the English aristocrat, who is fond of the charms of yesteryear, with a pronounced taste for vintage furniture and cosy armchairs. On the other, his wife, a flamboyant woman of the world who has a keen interest in contemporary art, and a dash of eccentricity in her choice of modern design pieces and touches of exuberant colours.
This exchange gave rise to a place that has been conceived as a comfortable, welcoming home, at the crossroads of tradition and modernity, which never compromises on the quality of each detail.
Acclaimed by the critics, Fabrizio Casiraghi has won numerous prizes and awards for his work. In 2022, AD magazine listed him as one of the top 100 designers of the year.
THE MANAGER
Yannis Badakian
After spending several years working in luxury establishments, from French Polynesia to Japan, Saint-Tropez and Courchevel, Yannis Badakian finally settled in London and has run the Grand Hotel Bellevue since it opened.
As a strong believer in the French art of savoir-être, savoir-vivre and savoir-recevoir for true expertise and hospitality, Yannis likes to consider his guests “as a part of himself”. He instils this generous commitment throughout the hotel, from the reception area to the menu, his aim being to offer guests the finest possible experience, in all circumstances.
Yannis takes care to ensure that every visitor is made to feel like a close friend and is treated as such with the utmost consideration. To accompany him in this approach, he has surrounded himself with a young passionate and dedicated team, who share his commitment to high standards and sense of enthusiasm.

You will find at reception our gifts station with an assortment of caps, notebooks and other accessories in collaboration with fashion brand Bode.
We gave Emily Bode carte blanche, under a brief on the colonial theme and a sense of exoticism.
Emily, sensitive to these themes due to her husband’s Indian roots, brilliantly brought them to life.
Discover the Green Room
The Green Room is located on the lower ground floor. We invites you to enjoy our buffet breakfast daily from 7am to 10:30am (£24 per person per night).
You are also welcome during the day to work remotely (complimentary for our guests).
The Green Room is available for private events. It's a beautiful place, perfect for receptions and meetings.
