‍FLEXIBLE RATE
- Warranty policy :
Credit card guarantee. The credit card used to make the reservation will be requested on arrival and the total amount of the stay will be charged.
No deposit. The 1st night will be charged to the card when the cancellation period has elapsed.

- Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before arrival (12 noon, hotel time). In the event of no-show or late cancellation, the full stay will be charged.

RATE NOT FLEXIBLE
- Guarantee Policy :
Full prepayment is required. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation must be presented upon arrival at check-in.

- Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations or changes are permitted

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The cancellation and deposit policy for long stays and multiple accommodation bookings differs from our general terms and conditions. The hotel will contact you directly to confirm terms and conditions if your stay is longer than ten nights or if the booking includes 5 or more accommodations.
All our offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. They cannot be combined with other offers or contracts, and do not apply to groups (a group is considered to be any booking of five or more accommodations). Rates are per room per night, vary according to arrival date and/or length of stay and include VAT and service charges. Unless otherwise stated, they do not include the establishment's compulsory charges (e.g. hotel complex charges), tips and taxes imposed by the State, certain service charges, royalties or supplements.
Please note that not all rooms indicated as Best Rate are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
The Grand Hôtel Bellevue is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms. Smoking will result in an additional night's charge. Other charges may also apply, including property damage, costly cleaning procedures, fire alarm, etc.
