This high-quality, 60-room boutique on leafy Norfolk Square marks a UK debut for France’s Lignée Hotels, best known for Paris’s Le Narcisse Blanc. Imagining a kooky, well-travelled aristocratic couple’s home, the interior designer Fabrizio Casiraghi has installed dark, lacquered woods, curios and traditional English brocade in the bedrooms — some very small — of a listed Victorian townhouse.
